Kidtown Christmas
Pastor Mike wanted to take just a moment to keep you posted on our financial situation at OCC. We believe our Heavenly Father is faithful to provide the needs of Overlake families, as well as the needs of our Church. For the first 3 quarters of the year, OCC has been behind our budget by over $10k a week, which means that we’ve had to tap into our reserves.

We’d love to challenge you to join us, and trust Jesus by giving generously during this last quarter, so that we can finish in the black, and rebuild our reserves. The good news is over these last two weeks we’ve been able to make up $75k of our shortfall, which is a move in the right direction. We’re trusting God and rallying together to make up the additional $452k; our goal being to finish in the black by year’s end. Never forget how essential you are! We are thankful for your generosity as we charge hard toward the mission of Loving God, Loving People, and Serving the World.
iBELONG BACKPACKS Please partner with us to supply local homeless teens with some basic necessities and comfort items. Just pick up an empty backpack at the table in the hallway, use the attached tag as a guide to shop for new items to fill the backpack, and return it by Sunday, Dec. 9th. Backpacks will be distributed to several ministry partners in the eastside and Seattle. Email

ANGEL TREE CHRISTMAS We will be partnering with Eagle Outreach Ministries again this Christmas to provide presents to children and families of inmates. Please stop by the Angel Tree table in the hallway today and pick out a tag to fulfill a child’s wish this Christmas. Please shop for, wrap and return the present with the tag on or before Dec. 9th.
