HOLIDAY DECORATIONS

March 2011 Board Input

Must Be Removed By January 30.

BOARD REPORT: The Board of Directors would like to thank one of our observant neighbors, Moses Ainom, who called in a water leak at Plaza Bella Way in January. As a result of the quick action, Bella Vista was able to avoid a huge water bill. We would ask everyone pay attention to your surroundings when driving or walking around the neighborhood. If you observe any items that need attention please let one of the board members know. For emergencies, please call Real Manage at 1-866-473-2573. The Board would also like to remind everyone that the DCCRs for Bella Vista require each lot have two (2) trees in the front yard; therefore, any dead trees in your front yard need to be replaced. March and April are the best time to plant any trees or other plants so they have time to establish roots before the heat of summer arrives. Sincerely,

Bella Vista HOA Board of Directors

Bella Vista Q&A: Q: Where can I find my account ID? A: Login to the Real Manage website (https://www.realmanage. com/ResidentPortal) and go to “Account Information” Or call 1-866-473-2573. Q: What is the mailing address for dues payments? A: Payment Processing Center, C/O RealManage, PO Box 105007, Atlanta, GA 30348-5007 Q. What can we do about solicitors? A. The BV deed restrictions do not include rules or regulations regarding solicitation; however the HOA has installed “NoSolicitation” signs at both main entrances of the subdivision. These signs are intended to discourage solicitation within the subdivision but will not stop solicitors from visiting our homes. Real Manage has suggested posting a “No-Solicitation” sign near your front door. If the sign is posted and solicitors ring your doorbell or leave un-solicited junk mail, law enforcement can be called. Please report any individuals in the neighborhood that appear to be trespassing, looking in windows, etc. to the Travis County Sheriff ’s Dept. immediately.
