LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
Thanks to everyone that joined us at the annual meeting last month and I welcome your thoughts about what we could do differently next year. As you know it is that time of the year again when we do not get much rain so our sprinkler systems become very important and not unlike other systems around the home, it too requires a checkup. Throughout the year heads can crack or shift and some may even stop working which may cause distress in some areas of the lawn and unnecessary water expense in others. Therefore, I would suggest you take a close look around the yard for problem areas. Sincerely, Veronica

Bella Vista BELLA VISTA ----- June 2011 Board Input BOARD REPORT: The last Board of Director’s meeting was held on May 4 at 3202 Fiorellino Place. Financial reports, outstanding accounts and deed restriction violations were reviewed along with the annual meeting presentation. The ACC provided an update on the Appennini requests and the Board agreed to open the pool until Hines was able to begin the replastering work later in May. The Board thanks everyone that attended the annual meeting in May and we are very pleased to welcome Jeremie Gordon to the team. A photo of Jeremie Gordon and his lovely family are featured in the Easter event section. Several items discussed/requested at the meeting have been posted to the BV website including minutes from the previous annual meeting, 2011 annual meeting presentation, process for updating DCCRs and Bylaws, Real Manage contract with fees redacted for confidentiality, monthly management report and the 2011 budget summary. If you would like to discuss any matters regarding the HOA, you are welcome to attend the monthly Board meetings which are typically held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at one of our
concept

SPECIAL RECOGNITION: The Board would like to express a heartfelt thanks to Brian Lott who has worked tirelessly and diligently to maintain the integrity of the community and his consistent, reliable leadership for the HOA Board. Brian served on the ACC since 2005 and joined the Board in 2006. He and his lovely wife Linda even lived in Bella Vista until recently when they broke ground on a retirement home closer to the Lake.
