THESE SINS MAY CAUSE APATHY, DISREGARD FOR YOUR CONSCIENCE, LACK OF JOY, AND INABILITY TO FEEL

WARNING CLOSENESS WITH GOD. SLOW SPIRITUAL DEATH IS POSSIBLE. RESULTS MAY VARY. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK. KEY SCRIPTURE ON BACK

Matthew 7:1-5

Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it’ll be measured back to you. Why do you look at the speck in your friend’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own? How can you say to your friend, “Let me take the speck out of your eye,” when all the time there’s a plank in your own? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye and then you’ll see clearly to remove the speck from your friend’s eye.

Matthew 6:2

When you give, don’t announce it like hypocrites do, to be honored by men.

Matthew 6:5

When you pray, don’t be like a hypocrite who stands in synagogues and on street corners to be noticed.

Matthew 6:16

When you fast, don’t look all pious like hypocrites do, who try to impress people that they’re fasting.

John 13:35 They will know you are Christians by your love.

Matthew 7:6

Don’t give dogs what is sacred, and don’t throw pearls before swine. If you do, they may trample them under feet and turn to tear you apart.

Proverbs 23:9

Don’t speak to a fool because he’ll scorn the wisdom of your words.
