SET DINNER MENU $75 per person We offer a 3-course dinner menu options for our private dining guests. We recommend you start by selecting 3 apps, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. GENERAL INFORMATION FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPTIONS Buffet Menu options are available to groups of 25 or more. Any food and beverage ordered contributes directly to meeting the guaranteed minimum set for each room. GUARANTEE In order to ensure your event is a success, please provide your event manager at least 5 business days in advance of the function the number of guests attending and food order. Once provided, this guarantee is not subject to reduction should less attend. If no guarantee is received by this office, we will assume the guarantee to be your expected count. All events require 5 business days advanced cancellation, otherwise the guaranteed minimum as well as the 20% service charge and appropriate sales tax will be charged to the provided form of payment. SERVICE CHARGE/ADMINISTRATIVE FEE/STATE TAX Prices are subject to 7% MA state sales tax. Food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% service charge, which is distributed in its entirety to wait staff and bartenders. Unless a fee is specifically denoted as a “service charge”, it is not a tip, gratuity or service charge for any employee. Examples of fees that are not a tip, gratuity or service charge include, but are not limited to, any administrative fee, set-up fee, staffing fee, delivery fee, or fees for bars. These fees are retained by the hotel.

GENERAL INFORMATION BILLING A credit card is needed to hold your reservation. Payments can be made with a credit card or in cash the night of the event. Checks are not accepted. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS If you have any concerns regarding food allergies, please contact your event manager. The Gallery is proud to be able to customize menus to fit dietary restrictions. SECURITY The hotel shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to or following the event. The hotel and outlets reserve the right to require the addition of additional security for booked events, and will not assume financial responsibility for any additional security fees.
