Kid’s Connect
Each month, your children spend a Sunday afternoon ministering to the elderly in our community. If you have children in first through fifth grades, have them join us on January 15 following the second service. We will return by 3:00 p.m. and transportation is provided. Children should bring a packed lunch.
Men’s Offensive (Because real men don’t retreat!)

Welcome to Coastal Community Church
Thank you for being our guest this morning. We hope that you enjoy your time of corporate worship with us. At Coastal we believe in the power and purpose of the local church to continue Jesus’s mission and ministry on earth by developing authentic followers of Jesus Christ. Our foundation rests on the authority of Scripture as the inspired Word of God and the belief in the one true and living God, revealed to us through the Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Our mission is to develop authentic followers of Jesus Christ by connecting to God and others through corporate worship, growing together in small groups, and serving in a ministry and mission of Coastal Community Church.
How do I find my way around Coastal?
You may be asking this question if this is your first time at Coastal. Visiting a church can be a little awkward...a different facility, different people, different programs...So we want to make it easy to navigate. This is how you know what is going on and where you fit. Welcome Desk | The large desk you saw as you came in today is called our “Welcome Desk.” Here you can get any general information about Coastal, our ministries, and our events. If the people at the Welcome Desk do not have the answer, they will have contact information for the person who does! We Are Coastal Class | “We Are Coastal” is the best place to go if you are new. In this class you will hear about who we are, what we believe, how you are wired, and how we can work together to build God’s Kingdom. It is also the first step toward membership. Watch the bulletin for details and sign up information. Communication at Coastal | There are several ways you can get and give communication at Coastal. First, you can communicate with us through the tear off on the side of the bulletin each week. This is a great way to sign up for events or ask a question. Next, you can email us at

Ministry || Coastal Student Ministries (CSM) || 2017 is just around the corner, and so is our CSM Winter Retreat. Stop by the Ministry Counter for more information about sending your student in February. You can sign up this morning too! Mission || Peninsula Rescue Mission || Twice each month we serve at the PRM serving the men with physical and spiritual food. It is never more important than during the cold winter months. Stop by the Missions Counter to learn how you can help.

Join us as we continue to look at Philippians 4:8 discussing “Truth”. We meet this Tuesday at 10 a.m. & 7 p.m. at the church. Childcare is provided for both sessions.
Food Ministry || Friday Set Up || Saturday Distribution
Our Thanksgiving distribution provided a Thanksgiving meal for over 300 families. December is equally busy for our Food Ministry. We can use all the help we can find. Please join us on Friday at 6:30 p.m. to set up or Saturday at 8:30 a.m. to distribute.
