Let’s learn what it really means to build authentic relationships with one another and people unconnected to Jesus Christ.

Friday March 15, 2019 6:00 PM Bring a picnic supper & Fellowship with others while eating

6:30 PM Movie & popcorn begin! Anthem Angels purchase anthems for the Chancel Choir or a handbell choir from a list of anthems compiled by the Director of Music in memory or honor of a loved one. An announcement will be placed in the bulletin each time your anthem is sung or rung in worship. If you would like to sponsor an orchestra instrument when they are used in worship in honor or memory or a loved one, contact Anne Carroll. We will use orchestra instruments on March 31 for the Rutter Requiem and strings on Easter Sunday .

The UMC General Conference 2019 has adjourned. It was a very emotional experience. While I know that it is very painful to many people that we again affirmed our belief in traditional marriage and again prohibited our clergy from performing same-sex marriages, we are also still committed to loving all persons as people of sacred worth. While this might seem like contradictory positions to many, we will continue to focus on our mission of loving God, loving people and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Yours in Christ, Jeff

It’s time to order Easter Lilies to adorn our worship spaces on Easter Sunday in memory or honor of a special person. Call Sue Schoch at 336-812-4806 to reserve your lilies and for price.
