Bur$ing Bowl Ceremony & Candle Light Meditation Release The Old & Set Intentions For The New Year Friday, January 5 6:00-7:30PM $10 per person ($15 at door)

The New Year is a perfect 0me to come together, express gra0tude, release past limita0ons and set new inten0ons for new beginnings filled with infinite possibili0es. We all have regrets, fears and resentments from our past that we hold onto for one reason or another. With the burning bowl ritual we can let those nega0ve energies go and make room for divine love, healing and acceptance. We write down the things we want to be free of and then burn it away in the bowl. We also write down our goals and commitments for the new year and have the opportunity to share with the group if you choose.

A short guided medita0on by candle light focuses us to set our inten0ons and re-balance our energies. Candle light has many posi0ve associa0ons and from a universal perspec0ve a lighted candle symbolizes Enlightenment, Awareness or the search for Truth. Experiencing the burning bowl ritual and candle light medita0on within the energy and community of the group is a very upliHing experience.
