Arrival:
All competitors should arrive at the tee 10 minutes prior to their tee off time.
Scorecards:
To be collected from the clubhouse prior to teeing off. ALL scorecards MUST be returned to the registration table within 10 minutes of completing each round.
Practice Rounds: It is the responsibility of individual institutions to book practice rounds. Rounds will cost £45.00 and can be booked through the Secretary at 01623 753 225. Reserves: Condition of the Course:
All entries for this Regional Qualifying event have been accepted and there are no reserves.
Players should be aware there are some bunkers that have been re-turfed and marked as GUR.

Local Information Golf Club Rules • • • • • •
Mobile telephones are not permitted either on the Golf Course or anywhere within the Clubhouse or Professional Shop. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the clubhouse. Correct golf attire must be worn on the course. Tailored shorts may be worn with white sports socks or knee-length hose. Shirts should be tucked in. Collarless shirts, jeans, combat trousers, tracksuits and trainers are not acceptable on the course or in the clubhouse. Smart casual clothing is accepted in the clubhouse. Please respect our dress regulations
Additional Club Information • Strokesavers are available for purchase from the Pro Shop for £5.00. • A limited menu of hot and cold food will be available to golfers in the clubhouse. Directions By Road Hollinwell is situated on the A611 3 miles south of Mansfield and 14 miles north of Nottingham and 2 miles from junction 27 M1. By Train 30 mins from both Nottingham (Midland Main Line) and Newark (East Coast Main Line) stations, (both have taxi ranks) 5 mins from both Newstead and Kirkby in Ashfield stations on the Robin Hood line (neither have taxi ranks, so please book in advance)

According to Regional Qualifiers Rule (6) if more that 100 entries are received places will be allocated according to exact handicap, the following players have not been offered a place. If players withdraw, players on the reserve list will be notified through their Athletic Union and/or Golf Captain that they have been offered a place.
