Tee Times:
Tee times will be published over the coming days on the BUSA website www.busa.org.uk/golf. Friday 21 March 2008 – East Course from 9.30am Saturday 22 March 2008 – West Course from 9.30am
Arrival:
All competitors should arrive at the tee 10 minutes prior to their tee off time.
Scorecards:
To be collected from the clubhouse prior to teeing off. ALL scorecards MUST be returned to the registration table within 10 minutes of completing each round.
Practice Rounds: It is the responsibility of individual institutions to book practice rounds. Rounds can be booked for the East and West Course and cost a discounted £25.00. These can be booked through the Secretary at 01271 812436. Reserves:
All entries for this Regional Qualifying event have been accepted and there are no reserves.

Local Information Saunton Golf Club Rules • • • • • •
Mobile Phones may only be taken on the courses as a safety precaution and must not otherwise be used. In the Clubhouse they are not permitted in the Bar or Restaurant. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the clubhouse. No denim clothing, tee shirts, sleeveless shirts or trainers are permitted in the Clubhouse or on the Golf Course. Shorts must be tailored and no shorter than 3 inches above the knee. Sports socks or knee-length socks must be worn on the course. What is acceptable on the Courses is acceptable in the Clubhouse, except wet weather gear or golf shoes. The exception is the Stud Bar, where golf shoes are permitted. Please respect our dress regulations
Additional Club Information • A limited menu of hot and cold food will be available to golfers in the clubhouse. • Lockers are available in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms. • The following can be purchased from the Pro Shop o Course Planners - £3.00 o Power Caddies - £7.50 per day o Range Balls - £2 per bucket or £15.00 for 10 buckets
