The Orléans Chamber of Commerce is comprised of over 200 business owners. Sponsoring one of our events gives you the opportunity to gain exposure for your business and recognition as a community supporter. In order to continue growing and evolving our events, the Chamber has put together a Sponsor Partnership Guide for this event to provide premium opportunities to build business connections and provide heightened visibility for our partners. Our sponsorship opportunities range in scope and price, and have the ability to m eet important marketing objectives for companies both large and small, with varying budgets and business objectives. The Chamber appreciates all sponsors and ensures recognition for every sponsoring organization. We would be happy to work with you and tailor a sponsorship that meets your company’s needs, interests and participation.

Sponsorship Guidelines
As a Not-‐for-‐profit, sponsors play an integral role in all of the Chamber’s activities. Any support from our business community is greatly appreciated. In order to be consistent and fair with all our members, we h ave devised the be-‐low criteria to ensure all members have the opportunity to become involved in the Chamber’s events. 1. All members will be provided the information for upcoming sponsorship opportunities. Information will be shared using the following methods: a. This sponsorship package will be made available on the Chamber’s Website, in the email following the breakfast launch and u pon requests; b. Event Launch: October 30th, 2015. 2. All past sponsors will have first right of refusal for the subsequent event in the following year at the same level. Past sponsors will have 1 week to confirm participation. Confirmation is through writing. Promotion will begin once a payment is received. Following which the opportunity is open to all members. 3. Chamber members in good standing are eligible to take advantage of sponsorship; however, within a month of the event, sponsorship availabilities will be open to all businesses; 4. The full sponsorship must be paid prior to any promotion. 5. HST is applicable to all sponsorships. 6. There is a $50.00 administration fee for any cancellations. 7. Once promotion has commenced, refunds are not applicable.
