* Two lunches will be provided for each booth. Additional lunches must be requested and paid for in advance. **Email is the main form of communication. You will receive email confirmation of your registration.

Booth Requirements There is NO booth cost. However if your booth needs electricity, there will be a $25 charge. Please complete the following information: Number of representatives eating lunch (approx. 11:45-12:15) Number of booths required (Booths are 8’x10’ with 6’ tables) Number of chairs needed Do you need electricity? No Yes; 220v or 110v? There will be a $25 charge for electricity. Please bring your own extension cords.

NOTE: Some vehicles are allowed in the exhibit hall under certain guidelines. If you wish to bring a vehicle/large machinery, please describe it here, and we will contact you about it.

Please keep a copy of both sides of this registration form for your reference. Set-up is from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. We will assign dock times beginning at 7:00a.m. for those with vehicles All presenters should enter through the Loading Area. There are 2 carts that may be used on a first come first serve basis for loading. You must enter through the loading area to receive your info packet & booth number. Booths must be completely setup by 8:45 a.m. Student sessions are scheduled 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Booths must be taken down by 4:00 p.m. and trash discarded in the proper receptacles Signage is required for each booth. (Company name or logo)

The Chamber of Commerce will provide a table covering, but you may use your own. If using electricity, please bring your own electrical extension cord(s) and/or surge protector. Candy & other small items are allowed & may be distributed to students at your discretion. Helium balloons & stickers are NOT allowed. You are allowed to use the microphone to announce the winner of one raffle per session with Career Fair Staff approval. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your participation after your registration is received. If you wish to withdraw participation, please send a written request for removal on or before October 13, 2017. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations after October 13th to cover booth fees.
