Navitas is seeking to employ an experienced IT Business Support Analyst to join our growing North American team in Boston MA. This position will provide high-quality customer service and business operation support and technical assistance to all Navitas North America based businesses and divisions Key Responsibilities  Provide support to end users on Navitas business applications and data reports,  Provide business and technical support to important operations in Navitas North America business units;  Document system and/or application problems and solutions; Develop and maintain user training documents on business and IT applications and/or services;  Assist business units reviewing and streamlining business processes and procedures;  Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity;  Perform other duties as assigned Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience • Requires Bachelor’s Degree in related field. • Must have minimum of 2-3 years of related experience. • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills • Strong ability to understand business model, processes and systems processes • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple tasks • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts, both verbal and written, to nontechnical staff at all levels • Experience supporting business operations in a corporate-remote office setup and a Windows and Active Directory computing environment, including but not limited to: • Problem/issue tracking system • End point computing devices (Windows 7/8/10, PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, iOS, Android) • End point network connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN • Remote Assistance • Experience or formal training with HTML, JavaScript, SQL • Demonstrated ability to: • contribute effectively in a team, as well as work independently • work in a changing service environment • achieve specified goals with initiative and enthusiasm • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally and domestically • Legal right to work in the United States.
