Obituaries BAKER, SR., CHARLES WILLIAM - 76, Tullahoma, TN. Funeral service, 2p.m., Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Lynchburg Funeral Home with Brother Mike Awalt officiating. Burial to follow in Lois Cemetery. Mr. Baker passed away Monday, July 15, 2019. He was born at his Bakertown home in Moore County, Tennessee on August 7, 1942 to the late Madge Walker and late Lannie Baker. On December 28, 2004, he married his best friend Mona Faye Chapman, who survives. He lived life to the fullest and made everyday count. He loved people and never met a stranger; rest assured, whenever speaking to him, he would always have something witty, comical, or sarcastical-funny to say. That was just Daddy. He was a well-known Master Mason for the majority of his life, but was probably more well-known for what he laid out in the kitchen, be it at his own home or at the Barrel House BBQ. He truly was a jack of all trades. He deeply loved all his family and his two dogs, Patches and Peaches. He will be tremendously missed by all who loved and knew him. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Michele Eugene Baker; infant sister, Emily Walker; stepbrother, Elbert Walker; and stepfather Jim Walker. He is survived by his son, Chuck Baker of Lynchburg, TN; daughters, Jacqueline (Harry) Conway of Tullahoma, TN, Crystal (Cale) Thomas of Winchester, TN, Charsie Henley of McMinnville, TN, Shannon Roberts of Lynchburg, TN, Dorothy (Charles) Shelton of Winchester, TN, Barbera Sisk of Fayetteville, TN, Brenda (Jim) Ramsey of Flintville, TN, and Debbie (Silvia) Walker of Tucson, AZ; brother, James Walker of Tullahoma, TN; grandchildren, Adam, Ashley and Hannah Baker of Lynchburg, TN, Tori Rogers, Destiny and Emma Grace Hill, all of Tullahoma, TN, Mason and Macie Lynn of Tullahoma, TN, Haley and Michael Whitsell of Lynchburg, TN, and Cody and Jesse Cates, Chris Gross, and Shawna Vaughn all of McMinnville, TN; numerous greatgrandchildren; nieces; and nephews. a native of Manchester, was the son of the late Aaron and Lurene Holt Felts. He attended Kings Cross Church. He enjoyed watching TN Vols football and basketball games and Vanderbilt baseball Games. He loved telling “tall tales”, especially about “Bigfoot”. He believed in “Bigfoot” and “UFOs” and loved watching Ancient Aliens and other shows about UFOs on TV. He was also a big fan of the “Old West”, Roy Rogers and Audie Murphy. He always thought of himself as a “Misplaced Cowboy”. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Felts of Tullahoma; sons, Jeff and Kenneth Felts, both of Tullahoma and Nick Periut of Knoxville; daughters, Linda Johnson of Tullahoma and Lisa Morgan of Jasper, TN; grandchildren, Matthew Felts, Jaclyn Salgado, Houston and Ryan Hagaman, Cora and Jack Periut, Garrett Barr and Cole Morgan; and great grandchildren, Dexter, Emberleigh and Josephina. Mr. Fuller passed away July 19, 2019 at his residence. A native of Bedford County, he was the son of the late Alvin and Pauline Jones Fuller. He was a US Army veteran and also served in the National Guard, serving approximately 17 ½ years total. He was a supervisor at Wisco Envelope and after retirement was very active with the Tullahoma and Manchester Senior Citizens, serving as President of the Coffee County Senior Citizens Center. He also worked for the Tullahoma News and Lowes. Mr. Fuller was a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed dancing, collecting guns, playing golf, gardening, reading, and photography. He was a very active member of the Boy Scouts for 26 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Franklin Delanoe Roosevelt Prater, Jr.; and brother, Verlon Fuller.
