BY WOMEN FOR WOMEN (BW4W) is a Prince of Peace outreach ministry of Women of the Word (WOW). BW4W seeks to support local women who need extra care. As women, we have all been there, at some point in our life… Living through a difficult situation where we need the support of others; whether it’s a listening ear, a needed prayer, a warm embrace, or a financial gift to get us over the obstacle we face. Each time women at Prince of Peace gather, a BW4W tin will be present. Throw in a dollar, or clear out the loose change in your purse. 100% of donations received are given to local women in need, to purchase items like groceries, medical supplies, metro passes, or to help pay for babysitting or respite services.
