Manage 4 to 8 Outside Sales Team Members Sales team leaders will have 4-8 sales representatives working on their team. Openings in Marshall County & Franklin County Your main objective as an outside sales team member is to help local businesses connect with the community. You will utilize a CRM system to track your daily activity which will enable you to better serve your customers. Every business is a potential customer because of the versatility of our products. You will guide your customers through the marketing process and develop ideas for production to complete an ad concept. We have 5 KPIs (key performance indicators) that measure your success.
