Rules & Regulations Ticket Raffle Information Tickets for the Raffle table lots can be purchased from 3:45pm to 5:15 pm. The Raffle tickets will be drawn during the Live Auction. Tickets are 10 for $25.00, or 25 tickets for $45 (Best Buy.) You must be present at the time of the drawing to win or have a designated delegate with your ticket(s). There will also be a 50/50 cash prize. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20 and the winner will win half of the money collected.
Live Auction Rules The Live Auction will be held in the Gym and begins at 5:30 pm. To enter a bid, raise your assigned Bid Number facing toward the auctioneer. A bid will be registered only when formally recognized and called by the auctioneer and/or spotter. Presentation of your Bid Number will be required at check out during the final purchase of your auction items.
Payment All items purchased on the night of the auction must be paid in full upon check out. Payment with cash or check is encouraged. Please make payable to: Calvary Academy. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards will be accepted. Sales are final with no exchanges or refunds.
Check Out Check out will be located at the school main lobby. Guests will not be permitted to check out prior to the conclusion of the auction. Presentation of your winning bid number ticket will be required at check out during the final purchase of your auction items. Payment with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card will be accepted. After paying for your items you will be given a receipt. Present this receipt to claim your items. All items must be claimed and removed from the Gymnasium this evening. You may not claim or remove your winning items from the gym until you present your paid voucher.
Restrictions Dates for services, private dinners and vacations, are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and purchaser. Time periods designated for use of homes, restaurants, merchandise certificates, hotels and resorts are not subject to change. Reservations for resorts and/or vacations are required and are subject to availability.

The house sleeps 8 max but is cozy and comfortable for two as well. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The full kitchen includes all of you appliances including microwave and Keurig for your morning coffee on the porch. Television, cable, wi-fi are all available if you want to use it.
