PARENT & CAMPER INFORMATION FINAL PAYMENT. Final camp payment is due May 5. If you still owe the final payment, we will authorize funds to be collected by the method you used to pay the deposit. If you would prefer to make your final payment with another method, please contact us before May 5 using the contact information below. The database system we currently use will not allow you to make additional payments to your registration. PARENT RELEASE FORM. Make sure that you have filled out the online parent release form before May 5. This will save us a lot of time when we are loading the bus. If you have any questions or difficulties with this form, please contact Megan Hopper at the contact number below. DEPARTURE INFORMATION. Your student should arrive at the church at 6:50 a.m. on Monday, June 2. We plan to depart at 7:30 a.m. sharp. There are restroom facilities on each bus. We do not plan to make any stops, in order to be at Sky Ranch in time for lunch. MEDICATIONS. Please put all medications that your student will take with him/her in a clear Ziploc bag with the students name on it. Also include instruction for all medications including dosage and how often it must be taken. In order to expedite our final check-‐in, we ask that you drop off medication when your student comes to the East Building to The WIRE for service on August 31 or June 2. Rachel Mahannah will take the medications right outside the door of Room B. Please be aware that we will provide certain over-‐the-‐counter medication and make a note on the medical information from if there is something that your student should not be given. CAMP UPDATES. While we are at camp, you can keep updated on what the students are doing by vising The WIRE Facebook page (www.facebook.com/middleschoolwire), following The WIRE on Twitter (www.twitter.com/thewirens) , and Instagram (www.instagram.com/thewire5678) or checking out our YouTube Channel (www.youtube.com/thewire5678) everyday.
