Campus Student Services Coordinator Full time, Perth SAE Creative Media Institute SAE Qantm Creative Media Institute is one of the worlds leading creative media and entertainment industry educators with over 50 international campuses. Its East Perth campus is seeking an enthusiastic and professional full-time Campus Student Services Coordinator. You will lead, manage and coordinate a small student services team who are the primary point of contact to enrolled students seeking support regarding all aspects of their studies. The Campus Student Services Coordinator will help provide leadership, direction and coordination to ensure effective administration and management of audit ready student records; and to assist in offering an outstanding experience for our students. The Student Services team also provides support to the academic department and assist campus management with a variety of other duties. We need someone who first and foremost is well presented, professional, proactive with great communication skills and is outgoing and well organised. Selection Criteria      

Demonstrated high level of effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proven team leadership and organisational skills Experience in managing student records and files at an audit ready standard Ability to work to deadlines and unsupervised Ability to prioritise and self manage projects and meet deadlines Good computer skills a necessity

Desirable:      

Experience in working with online databases Appropriate qualification level in a related field Experience in student services or student administration at HE or VET level Experience in administering and issuing overseas student visas Experience with Apple Mac & MS Office required Knowledge of or the ability to acquire an understanding of the Creative Media industries (Film, Music, Multimedia, Animation, Games)

The successful applicant will be a confident, proactive self-starter who is able to commence immediately. If you have an affinity for the creative media, entertainment, film and music industry and have a passion for assisting students then this may be the role for you. The position offered is full-time (38 hrs/week) and is classed as General Staff 6.1 under the Educational Services (Post-secondary Education) Award 2010.
