A “willing heart” means to do it this way It means not to do it this way Do you know God is looking for children (adults) with a willing heart? Can you think of ways that you can MODEL to your child how to give an offering to God with a willing heart? Pray for your child: God, create a willing heart as my child learns how the Israelites gave to you and show our children that You delight in working TOGETHER.

Wednesday God Time Hebrews 8:5 tells the priest to serve at the _____________ that is a ____________ of what is in heaven. Hebrews 10:1 says the ___________ is only a ______________ of the good things that are to come. The tabernacle is a shadow of the heavenly things, the good things that are to come. It is a shadow of a person whom God promises to send. Can you guess who that person is? Word study: Do you know that the word “dwelling” used in John is skenos in Greek. It means “to pitch a tent” or “to tabernacle.” Read John 1:14 and think about what it means. Who is the Word? Work on memorizing John 1:14 today.

Pray for your child: God, fill my child’s heart with the Wonder of You as he/she discovers Your redemptive plan through tabernacle and teach him/her to worship you with their heart, mind and strength. Renew my own wonder for Who You are and let our family love you with all of our heart, mind and strength. Shema: Hear, Oh Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One. (Blessed be the Name of the His glorious kingdom forever and ever.) And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. Love your neighbor as yourself.

Thursday God Time Read I Corinthians 6:19-20. What does it mean? Does it make sense to you? If you had to explain it to your child how would you explain it?
