Weddings at the Cass House are intimate gatherings, with family and friends assembled together in a beautiful setting to celebrate on your special day. It is important to us that your wedding be a distinct reflection of you and your fiance; therefore, we work to custom tailor our services to your unique needs. Our focus is on allowing you, your family, and your guests to relax and truly savor the occasion. In order to help you plan a memorable and stress-free event, we supply the stunning backdrop, seasonally inspired cuisine, and skilled service so that you can fully enjoy the festivities. Our meticulously landscaped gardens, separate reception site with fully-equipped, professional outdoor kitchen (including a wood fire pizza oven), and luxurious guest rooms provide a seamless foundation on which to build your perfect day. Rates & Policies

Indoor reception or rehearsal dinner: 34

Grounds Fee & Rentals: ! • $4,500 for both the ceremony and reception *includes day of coordination, set up and breakdown, access to the grounds for the rehearsal ceremony, exclusive access to the grounds from 11am-11pm on the day of the wedding. • $45-$65 per person for all rentals (an estimate for tenting, heaters, china, glassware, flatware, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, dance floor, etc. to be arranged through an outside company) • We do not have a site fee for rehearsal dinners, however we do require a $4,000 food and beverage minimum to book out the restaurant for the night.!

Coordination! • Day Of: Included in the site fee (we will build a timeline with you, assist with space planning, refer & confirm vendors, and oversee all of the details of your rehearsal and wedding day). • Planning & Design: $2,500 (in addition to the above we will help you plan the design and details of your day, and we will work closely with all of your vendors throughout the planning process to make sure that your vision is communicated and implemented as planned).

Accommodations:! • 5 guest rooms, 1 one bedroom cottage (2 night booking of all accommodations required) • Rates vary depending on the date, a group discount will always be applied. *rates include a wine & cheese tasting during the rehearsal ceremony and a full breakfast each morning (up to 10 extra guests may join you for breakfast for an additional $20 per person)!

Reception: ! •Our menus start at $68 per person (for passed canapes and a plated 2 course dinner not including dessert). We have a $4,000 food and beverage minimum to book out the restaurant. •Wedding cakes may be outsourced for a $2 cake cutting fee per person fee, or we can supply the cake & petit fours for $9 per person.! •Only beer and wine are served (no liquor).

Weather •Average temperatures range from 63 to 70 degrees (very low chance of rain). The warmest months on average are September and October. We only have an outdoor ceremony site option, in the chance of rain it could either be tented or we can provide a list of local indoor options.!

Event Policies/ Deposits: ! •We will provide one coordinator and one assistant for the rehearsal ceremony, day of coordination, and general set up. •A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. Another 25% deposit is required 60 days prior to the event. A confirmed & final head count, along with final payment, is due two weeks prior. •We do not allow outside food or beverages.

The majority of Cass House event ingredients, including produce and proteins, are sourced from local farms, artisans, ! and our gardens. When necessary, we outsource on a regional or state wide level only to producers who share our ! sustainable perspective. Our chef, Jensen Lorenzen, will custom write a menu for you approximately one month prior to your wedding date (the menu below is a sample only, intended to give you an idea of what we offer). Thank you for helping to support our local artisan foods and farming community.
