Children’s Courtyard Montessori Enrollment Agreement 2015-2016 school year THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Children’s Courtyard Montessori and the parent or guardian (“parent”) whose signature appears below and guarantees his child a place for the 2015-2016 school year. The parties hereto accept the following terms and conditions governing the child’s enrollment at the school. The parent agrees to enroll his/her child ____________________________________ in the (Full or Half Day)_______________program. The parent and the child agree to follow and adhere to the policies, rules and regulations of the School as currently set forth in the Operational Policies and such other rules and regulations as may be promulgated hereafter by the School. The parent agrees to pay the annual tuition and all fees for the program in which his child is to be enrolled in accordance with announced rates. Upon signing this Agreement, the parent agrees to pay the School a $300.00 Registration Fee, which is nonrefundable. Upon registration, parents assume tuition liability for the entire school year. In the case of a child being withdrawn from the School due to relocation more than 30 miles away from the school, the parent must give two months advance notice in writing. The monthly payment will be due completely even if the child leaves at any time during the withdrawal month stated in such letter. The parent declares that to the best of his knowledge he is enrolling his child for the entire school year and agrees he is responsible for the annual tuition payments. Tuition for the first month is due by August 1st, 2015 and tuition for the following months is payable on the 1st of each month. Parent has five calendar days to pay tuition to be considered on time. Failure to pay tuition by the 5th of the month will result in a $25.00 late fee with an additional $5 per day fee. The parent agrees that if payment of tuition is past due more than thirty days, the school shall have the right to refuse admission of the child to class and will then be submitted to the default collection system. This Enrollment Agreement is not binding until executed by the School and is for the school year of July 2015 to June 2016.
