Your high school

youth group had

a wonderful time at our fall weekend retreat. 35 teens from FBC joined 25 teens from Shelton Presbyterian for a weekend focused on real joy and happiness .

From night games that went until 1:30am to amazing worship, from teaching that pushed us to have real connections, to all the pie we could possibly eat, we felt God's love and grace all weekend. I want to thank the Livewires for providing so many pies and delivering them to us at camp. We felt very loved! Thank you for Ron and Lori Goodale, Julia Dale, Dave Hamilton, Robert Rocha, Sarah Haapala, and Josie Walker for letting me push your sleep and energy reserves to the limit! You are amazing.

6th-8th grade youth group has been focused on Drama Queens and Blow-Up Kings. We are looking at how we handle emotions and conflict in a way that glorifies God and not ourselves. Wednesday nights have been crazy, loud, fun and full of opportunity to point to Jesus. I want to thank Cindy Parsons, Gabe Keefe, Emily Goodale, Eleana Salamanca, Mike Bowman, and Caleb Heckert for the help this year!
