A Mission for Your Ministry Beyond Your Local Church Church Planter AND Church Planting Movement Leader
A Missional Mindset Our mission is not merely to have a great church…but to have a great city!
Movement Mentality We are not just a church…but we are part of a movement!
Biblical Perspective: Paul’s Regional Mission Gal 1:1,2, 1 Cor 16:1 “Paul at Ephesus was making tents, conducting a great course of apologetics for Christianity, fulfilling the function of the pastor, watching over the flock, admonishing with tears and teaching from house to house; but he was also directing a great missionary enterprise to that whole region round about Ephesus.” G. Campbell Morgan
Missiological Perspective: Clusters of Churches Impact Culture The goal is not one small sealed-off conglomerate congregation in every people. Rather, the long range goal (to be held constantly in view in years or decades when it is not yet achieved) should be a cluster (NETWORK) of growing congregations in every segment. Donald McGavran, Missiologist
Practical Perspective: Best Way to Train & Support Planters A healthy, growing, reproducing Church Planting Network is not only the best way to advance God’s Kingdom in a region but also the best way for church planters to be trained and supported.
