Itsy Bitsy Yoga Babies Newborns to nearly crawling babies enjoy developmentally appropriate yoga on their bellies, backs, and in loving arms while moms breathe, stretch, and connect with each other. Mondays, 3/7-3/21 @ 12pm and Mondays, 4/4-5/9 @ 12pm

Baby & Me YogaFit A signature blend of yoga asana and strength training exercises to help you stretch, strengthen, and connect with your lil one as he/she comes along for the ride. This class is best for moms with pre-crawlers. Wednesdays, 3/9-3/23 @ 12pm and 4/6-5/11 @ 12pm, Fridays, 3/11-3/25 @ 10am and 4/8-5/13 @ 10am

Yoga for Toddlers A playful yoga and creative movement for your active toddlers up to age 4 filled with music, yoga games, and exploration to inspire confidence and cooperation through mindfulness. Yoga Flow Playtime An adult focused vinyasa practice where children of all ages are welcome to share the space in this fluid, inclusive class. Infants often nap while toddlers can play with our magical box of toys and props. Older children are invited to practice with supervision.
