The registration fee is $125 If entering more than one team in any specific age group, please fill out a separate form for each team. Team rosters will be limited to 15 players. A May 1, 2017 age determination will be used. Birth Certificates should be available upon request. Registration due by May 18, 2017. After that, teams will only be accepted to fill individual divisions on a first come, first served basis. $150 after May 18th. NO TRAVEL TEAMS WITH PLAYERS FROM MULTIPLE LEAGUES or ALL-STAR TEAMS will be accepted. All players must be members of regular season teams only and participate in their community recreational ball league for a minimum of 5 games.
