Action 2 We will display “Working to Become Dementia Friendly” stickers in our buildings and vehicles Make our buildings and vehicles more Dementia Friendly and display the stickers to encourage people to approach us. Action 3 We will implement a safe haven scheme Designated care homes across the county (one being sought in Hartlepool) Action 4 We will sign up to the emergency services strategic commitment on Dementia Work with partner agencies/other emergency services Action 5 We will signpost people to other agencies and helpful documents Work with partner agencies and inform people about The Bridge, Herbert Protocol, First Safety checks.
