Before there was modern food preservation, meals represented a showcase of seasonal freshness, regional abundance, and local crop quality. Everything from bread, to fruits and vegetables, to meat�through beer, wine and spirits embraced you with local flavor. Aromatic food & drink, combined with spirited conversation could tell the story of local culture better than event the most scholarly of Wikipedia articles. Here at The Marc Restaurant and Vineyard Lounge, our passion is the preservation of food & beverage traditions that deliver intense flavor, and an over-thetop dining experience.
