GYM RULES and

CODE OF CONDUCT

WOONONA SLSC GYM RULES (1) Surf club members wishing to use gym facilities must be financial and members of Woonona SLSC in the following membership categories: - Active Junior Member - Active Senior Member - Long Service Member - Associate Member - Life member (2) Access to gym will be via security card, and will be issued by the Facility Manager upon receipt of $50 deposit and completion of Gym Induction. (3) Gym access for Associate Members attracts an additional annual fee of $100, payable at the commencement of each season. (4) Prior to use to gym facilities, a gym induction must be undertaken by the gym manager, and written record, initialed and retained.

CODE OF CONDUCT -

Correct gym attire to be worn: enclosed footwear and appropriate clothing Brushing sand off shoes before entering the gym Using a sweat towel when operating equipment Regular cleaning equipment after use Putting all rubbish into bins provided Keeping gym facilities clean and tidy Report all hazards, injuries or broken equipment immediately to the gym manager If you see someone not following correct procedures or using the gym without proper authorization, please immediately advise the gym manager.

Members who refuse to comply with the gym code of conduct may have their access revoked.
