An open-end design agreement is an agreement with a designer over a set period of time to provide limited professional architectural, engineering, or surveying services on a routine or as needed basis for miscellaneous informal projects where construction costs are under $300,000.
Submit Letters of Interest and Current SF-254 to: Interested firms should submit a letter of interest and a current SF-254 to the following address by April 30, 2014: Keith Raker, Davidson County Community College, PO Box 1287, Lexington, NC 27293-1287. Letters of interest and a current SF-254 may also be hand delivered to 297 DCCC Road, Thomasville, NC 27360-7385. Davidson County Community College encourages participation by HUB firms. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
