Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Cooley passed away August 13, 2017. A lifelong resident of Coffee County, he was born in Manchester to the late Bill and Cora Cooley. Mr. Cooley served in the United States Army before being employed by AEDC for 26 years in cell testing as an electrician. He was of the Methodist faith and loved to read. In his spare time, he enjoyed flying his own plane, fishing, boating, photography, and lawn mower repair. Mr. Cooley will be remembered for his love of his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Edna Cooley of Tullahoma; sons, Tim (Brenda) Cooley of Manchester and Charles (Linda) Cooley of Manchester; daughters, Lynn Cooley of Mt.
