Should you decide to pursue Community Group (CG) leadership, you’ll be asked to provide information about the following on the confidential CG Leader Application. Your application will be reviewed by your Staff Coach. Categories covered in the CG Leader Application include... Your Spiritual Story/Baptism Your Spiritual Maturity Your Previous Church Information Your Generosity Your Time/Availability Your Spiritual Gifts and Talents for Ministry Your Style of Sharing Your Faith Your Support of Church Leadership Additionally, you’ll be asked to indicate your understanding of the commitments required of a ministry leader at Christ Community Church and to confirm your sense of God’s leadership in that direction. So that there are no surprises at that time, below are four notable expectations of leaders at Christ Community Church. 
