Security Report

We want to keep everyone aware of what is going on in their neighborhood so that people can take the proper safely precautions. This is a direct report from our security chairman sent out the second week of August: For Residents of Willowbridge/Stonebridge, Willowlake and WestBridge ONLY: Police report there have been 3 Auto break-ins in the Kroger Parking Lot. All cars were parked far out near the KFC. Laptop computers were let visible in the cars. It appears, when I examined the area that the camera system in parking lot does not cover that area. These break-ins happened on a Monday before 5PM. The Suspects are Afro-American and drive a white sedan, possibly a Toyota. A Willowlake resident reports being followed from the Kroger parking lot by 3 Afro-Americans in a silver Mustang. Fortunately the Resident realized he was being followed and drove around, not going home. The suspects peeled off when the resident pulled back into the Kroger lot. The incident was reported to Police. Please be aware of your surroundings before you exit and enter your car in parking lots. Try not to park next to vans that block people’s view of your car. Always look to see if your being followed before you pull into your driveway. Report to 911 immediately anything suspicious. * If you would like to be added to our email distribution list for such information, please forward your email address to (sdlackey94@ houston.rr.com)

Safety At Home

LOCK YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS when you are at home. Too often, criminals get into homes through unlocked doors and windows. A PEEPHOLE WITH AN 180 DEGREE viewing angle is excellent for you to verify who is on the other side of your door. Never open your door to anyone you do not know. ALWAYS ACKNOWLDEDGE A CALLER AT YOUR DOOR, to determine who they are and what they want. Some burglars ring the doorbell, and if there is no answer, they break in. You do not want that type of surprise company! ALWAYS VERIFY BY THE TELEPHONE that the person works for the company they say they represent and has been sent for the reason stated. EXTERIOR LIGHTING provides additional protection from intruders. Inexpensive timers or photoelectric cells will automatically turn lights on and off at dusk and dawn. WATCH YOUR NEIGHBOR’S home and your neighborhood and have your neighbors help watch your home.

2006 Annual Meeting

Willowlake Willowlake Homeowners Association Proxy Form Please be on the lookout in your mail during the latter part of the coming month for the Willowlake’s 2006 Homeowners Association Annual Meeting proxy form. In year’s past, we’ve had to resort to going door to door just to collect enough signatures to establish an official meeting. According to our Willowlake HOA By-Laws, we need a minimum of 10% of 502 homes (or 51 forms) to establish quorum. Obviously, it goes without saying that we would welcome more participation from our homeowners! If we fail to meet our minimum requirements, we have no other choice but to reschedule the meeting at additional costs to our HOA. This is money taken

from your $575 annual assessment fee, which certainly could go to better use for our community. We will make every effort to also provide this form as a PDF download on our community website www.willowlake.siteblast.com. Simply mail your form back to SCS Management by no later than Monday, October 23, 2006. If you prefer, drop it off to our next Board Meeting on Thursday, October 12, 2006 at the Willowbridge clubhouse (9330 Willowbridge Park Blvd.). Or, you may bring it to the Annual Meeting, which is currently scheduled for Thursday, October 26, 2006 (6:30 PM) again at the Willowbridge clubhouse.

WILLOWLAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ANNUAL MEETING PROXY I hereby revoke all proxies bearing a date prior to the date below and appoint any member of the as my proxy with the power of Board of Directors, or substitution to vote on my behalf and otherwise represent me as if I were present and voting on all matters properly brought before the members of the Association at the Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, October 26, 2006, or any adjournments thereof, and in particular, to vote upon the election of two (2) Board Members. Nominations will be accepted from the floor.

Patient Testimonials I can honestly state that my 12 year old twins truly enjoy their visits to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful dentist and has the nicest staff. He is very intelligent, patient and has state of the art equipment. We have been coming to his office for over 5 years and have always received nothing but the best in service. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Nguyen to other family members and friends. Olga Salazar - Houston, TX USA

Dr. Nguyen is the most hitech-savvy dentist I have ever met. I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for 7 years. His ability and knowledge to utilize computerized equipment and hi-tech (laser etc.) equipment have amazed me. Dr. Nguyen works hard and do the best for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to be your dentist. Jason Wong - Houston, TX USA
