Give
Prepare to Go Class – This class is required for all youth and adults before submitting a GCC mission trip application. See website for dates.
Financially support what God is doing through our missions teams, global projects, and long-term missionaries. Detailed information is available on the website.
Belize (Fall TBD) – A construction team to finish second floor of Life Net Church.
Annual BBQ (Friday, May 5) – Our missions BBQ raises money for GCC team members' missions trips. Dine-in or drive-thru. Cost per ticket is $9/plate which includes half chicken, beans, slaw and roll. Tickets available in April. Rebecca Davis – A GCC missionary serving through Foursquare Missions International in Myanmar and Thailand. Her primary areas of ministry are teaching Bible college students and combatting human trafficking. For updates, visit capturedheart4asia.wordpress.com. Bible Institute – GCC’s partnership makes it possible for leaders in Northern Nicaragua to receive training to be effective ministers and advance God’s kingdom. Financial support enables leaders to complete this 3-year, certified training program. School Uniforms – If a child cannot afford a school uniform in Nicaragua, they cannot attend school. GCC has helped provide hundreds of uniforms. An educated child today means a literate church in the future. Donate white shirts and navy blue pants/shorts/skirts. They are taken by GCC mission teams to the local Nicaraguan churches to be distributed.
Linefork, KY (May 18-21) (Fall TBD)– Teams serve at the Sonshine Orphanage twice a year. We minister to those living at the center and do small repairs, landscaping projects and community outreach. Team fee $250.00 Nicaragua (Jul 25– 31) – Team will support the new church we planted 2016 in Dario offering a VBS in a new location, Terebona. Host an evangelistic Shoe distribution and minister in churches in Esteli. Team fee $1,800.00 (cost will reduce if team is over 15 members) New York City (July 22-July 29) – Partnering with the New York School of Urban Ministry youth will experience cross-cultural ministry on many levels. Team fee $875.00 (cost will reduce if team is over 15 members)
