[email protected] ▪ Participants must arrive on-site by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018 for rehearsal in the Central courtyard. ▪ Participants must be on-site and ready to begin the contest by 7:45 p.m. in the Central courtyard. Criteria: ▪ Height—The bigger the better. ▪ Style—Is the outfit in theme with the shoe? You gotta SLAY head-to-toe. ▪ Strut—It’s not just about the shoe, it’s also about how you WERK it, honey! I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honolulu Museum of Art from any and all claims for injury to persons or damage to property which may result directly or indirectly from participation in any event, performance, or other activity associated with the name of contest and against any and all claims for personal injuries, death, damages, cost and/or other expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or in any way connected with the High Heeel Contest as above noted. I have read and understand the application and selection procedures as well as the rules and regulations of the High Heel Contest. I further agree that by signing this agreement, I hereby grant the Honolulu Museum of Art and its legal representatives editorial, trade, advertising rights to use and publish photographs which may be included, for editorial, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner or media. I hereby release the Honolulu Museum of Art and its representatives and assignees from all claims and liability relating to said photography.
