CHEMICAL GROUT INJECTIO FOR CONCRETE SEALING

Concrete cracks, construction joints, tie-rods, honeycomb sections and all other types of joints of deficiencies can be permanently sealed using our Chemical Grout Injection process. This professionally installed system is designed to completely stop the leak in the concrete by creating a flexible, gasket-like seal. The resin is pressure pumped (picture at left) into the concrete using specialized equipment to ensure complete penetration of the grout. Foundation wall cracks are an excellent application for this process, as the resin is flexible and can accommodate normal movement in a wall, such as shrinkage or freeze-thaw cycles. The resin that we use is suitable for drinking water cisterns, is completely inert when cured and is very safe to use. The chemical grout process is so effective, it is commonly used to stop high water flow infiltrations (bottom left) in underground structures and utilities. In thousands of applications across Western Canada, the chemical grout injection process has proven to be 100% effective in mitigating infiltration through concrete.
