Graduates and Family / Congratulations Class of 2015! Many of you have already made your after high school plans… others are just getting to that. We have been doing some fresh new things with our Seniors this year in the “Senior Class”. Thanks for allowing us to attempt to be more effective in our ministry to you. I understand that you are about to graduate in a few months!! Graduate Recognition Service: We are planning to honor our graduating Seniors in both our morning worship services on May 31. We would like to invite you to attend these services and be recognized that day. We will have a nice dinner in the fellowship hall for our graduates and their family at noon. If you are (or the family of) a graduating Senior and would like to participate, please contact the church office ASAP. Dinner is $5 per family member, graduates are free. Some things we will need: In addition, we would like to receive a graduate picture to place on the Media screen when we introduce the graduates during the services. Please bring that to the Church office by May 15 (we will return the picture), and also sign up your graduate and the number of family members that will attend the nice dinner that will be held in the Fellowship Hall that day. Some of the youth leadership and staff will be present at the dinner and we would love for you to attend that Sunday too. We would like for the graduates to bring their cap, gown and regalia to wear during the services if that is possible. If you have future plans that you would share with us, we would like to include that in our publicity as well. Scholarship Applications: ARBC has modest college scholarships for those headed that way. If you are an active member of ARBC, you should apply. You can find that application information on our web site (youth page, left column under College/Career, see: “College Scholarships.”) That application is due no later than May 16, earlier is better.
