what is your role in short-term missions?

congregational care

We all have a role. There are seasons of our lives when each role seems pertinent to who we are and how God is leading us; such as an Evangelist, a Go-er, a Send-er and a Pray-er.

RECENTLY HOSPITALIZED PRAYER LIST

Evangelist – Pay attention to the Calvary Equip classes and learn how to talk about Christ. Learn how to share your faith in a way that is natural to who you are. Be prepared to go around the world as God leads you. Go-er – Watch the Sunday Bulletin for more updates on the information meetings we will be having regarding upcoming short-term mission trips. If you want to attend a meeting just show up and bring a friend. Send-er – These short-term teams and student mission trips need funding, if you can’t go and feel like still being a member of the team your best bet is to contribute to the missions trips. Pray-er – Our missions trips need your prayer. Let the team members know you want to pray for their trip and you will receive their prayer calendar. Sign up for updates on their blog posts as they are on the field (if internet is available to them). Follow along with their travels at calvarygr.org/stmblog and pray accordingly. Would you like to receive emails regarding specific trips to your region of interest? Fill out the form below, then come by the Connection Point today to turn in your bulletin. We would love to meet you and offer you a small gift. May the grace, mercy and peace of God our Father follow you throughout your short-term missions journey.
