Palisades Nuclear Plant Cafeteria and Catering The name EMA was created using the initials of Mike and Jane Leeuw’s three daughters: Elizabeth, Michelle, and Andrea. While living in Kalamazoo, each daughter worked in the restaurants, before attending colleges outside of Kalamazoo. All three daughters are currently living in Ohio, after graduating with degrees in order to pursue their individual careers. Mike Leeuw created this company based on the idea of family and friends.
