What’s it Worth? examines a variety of home renovation strategies to determine how they affect resale values. From interior renovations, like bathrooms and flooring, to outdoor projects, like landscaping and roofing, this course will calculate the estimated return on investment in six different North Carolina regions. This course utilizes real-life case studies and financing information to add a wealth of home improvement knowledge to the toolbelt of any North Carolina Broker.
