Home Inspection National Exam While there are no licensing exam requirements to become a private home inspector in Minnesota, individuals may wish to become licensed nationally. By taking this exam, you will be able to assess your skill, knowledge, and experience against national standards. These standards need to be met to join many of the Home Inspection Associations.
