Counselor Referrals
 “Routine maintenance” is a term often used to refer to cars. A simple oil change, checking fluids, and tire pressure ensures our cars are running at peak performance. Left unattended, eventually our cars will run poorly, causing more severe damage, and potentially causing a complete breakdown.  If you think about it, the same is true about us. Routine maintenance is needed to ensure we are mentally, spiritually, and physically healthy. Checking our personal gauges routinely keeps us going at optimal levels. Counseling sessions can be just the thing that moves you and I toward peak performance.  Here, at Bay Hope Church, we often come alongside attendees at they move toward mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
