Winchester Country Seniors’ Club If you are 55 years old and older we are looking for you. We meet the 4th Monday of every moth at the Winchester Country Clubhouse. We meet for snacks and fellowship. We play Dominions: Train and Chicken foot. We also play bingo, cards and other games all while enjoying each others company. We go out to eat and attend plays at the 1960 Playhouse, Houston Family Arts Center on Grant Road. All seniors in Winchester Country are invited to attend. Winchester Country WINCHESTER HURRICANES Swim Team Registration
Make a splash this summer! Register for the Winchester Hurricanes Swim Team on Saturday April 6th at the Winchester Country Clubhouse at 9607 Rio Grande Road, from 10 am to noon. Who Can Join? You Can! The requirements to join the team are simple: • You must be between the ages of 4 and 18 and be able to swim one length of the pool unaided. • We especially need swimmers in the “6 & Under” age group. You can fill out the registration forms ahead and bring them with you by visiting our website: http://winchesterhurricanes.com . The cost is $95 each for the first 2 swimmers, $50 for the 3rd swimmer, and $40 for the 4th swimmer. A refundable volunteer deposit check is required at registration. Fees include a trophy, a team t-shirt, and the team party. Winchester Swim Team, Inc. serves over 200 neighborhood kids each year and is affiliated with the Northwest Aquatic League “NWAL”. A big thank you goes to Winchester Country and Willow Pointe for supporting our team with use of their facilities. This activity is not related to or sponsored by CypressFairbanks Independent School District.

**Newsletter Info** A few have replied but many have not…………. If you would like for us to recognize a birthday, anniversary or any “special “ event in our monthly newsletter please send your information to wcmawchcoordinator@winchester-country. org or you may drop it off in the mail slot located in front of the office to the left of the pool gates. As of January 1, 2013 we will only be recognizing new information. This will allow any new residents to be recognized and those that may no longer be here in Winchester Country to be deleted. So please remember anything that has been published in the past will no longer be in future newsletters. We can only print information we receive AFTER January 1, 2013! We look forward to hearing from you. Resident input……..If you have an article that you think would be interesting for our newsletter here is what you will need to do. Please e-mail your suggestion to wcmawchcoordinator@ winchester-country.org before the 5th of the month. After I receive your article it will be forwarded to the Board for approval (this is the reason it must be sent by the 5th of the month) and then if approved it will go to the Newsletter publisher on the 10th of that month for the following month newsletter.
