TED’s guide to what the CRM Assistant does round here Ted Baker is currently looking for a CRM Assistant to work as part of their growing CRM team with the primary responsibility of Ted’s Lifecycle and automated messaging. Reporting to the Assistant CRM Manager, you will work across ecommerce & marketing campaigns from planning to implementation that will deliver continuous optimisation & growth online and to the overall business. Main Responsibilities -

Support other members of the CRM team to plan email content, helping to create detailed design briefs, ensuring the product is on brand and in line with best practice guidelines. Support in testing email campaigns, ensuring all campaigns have correct content, links and tracking in place in order to make data driven recommendations to the team. Assist in optimising email marketing campaigns using trading/product knowledge to ensure emails are commercially driven, relevant and targeted. Support testing plans for dynamic content, subject lines and offers to improve the results and relevancy of campaigns. Implement commercially visible and customer centric automated and lifecycle messaging. Produce weekly email KPI reports on Ted’s performance and benchmarking reports to present competitors’ activity. Support the CRM Specialist on localised strategies to enhance acquisition & retention for Ted’s database. Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

Tools of the trade: -

Educated to a degree level or have fair email marketing experience in an e-commerce / CRM environment, ideally within the fashion industry. Previous experience with ESP systems preferred, but not essential. Brief understanding of HTML / email design. Commercial awareness, results/ sales driven. Advanced Excel user.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Team player. Focused and organized. Positive “can-do” attitude. Interest in fashion retail and ecommerce. Communicative – strong interpersonal skills are required for this role.
