Crossroads Muncy Campus Pastor Muncy Location – Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, self-starter with a love for people to serve as the “face” of our Crossroads Muncy Campus. The successful candidate must have a strong personal relationship with the Lord and be called to ministry. You will be the Muncy Campus Pastor and work directly under the leadership of Crossroads’ Lead Pastor. Crossroads Church is a contemporary, non-denominational church located in Central Pennsylvania. Our mission is to equip people to be fully engaged followers of Jesus Christ. We currently serve approximately 1000 people each Sunday at our Jersey Shore Campus in Central Pennsylvania. We will be opening our second campus in Muncy, Pennsylvania, in April 2018.

The full-time Crossroads Muncy Campus Pastor is a high capacity leader who is called to lead, pastor and grow the Muncy Location of Crossroads Church.

Own the Burden § Pastor and shepherd the people § Manage the quality of the Sunday experience § Grow the campus by going outside of the church § Reaching the hurt, lost and broken § Model loyalty to the overall vision of Crossroads Church Cast Vision § Communicate and create clarity in all environments around the leadership behavioral values and core values of Crossroads Church Connect People § Assimilate people § Identify talent and guide people to pursue their passions § Mobilize people into ownership

Lead the Location Staff § Drive our leadership behavioral and core values § Encourage, lead and develop staff to become fully engaged followers of Jesus § Set goals with each staff member and access goals often § Develop leadership potential
SKILLS:

3-5 years of ministry experience. Pastoral experience preferred. Formal ministry training is required Strong leadership gifts Stage Presence Pastoral Heart Excellent interpersonal communication skills High energy, passionate and magnetic personality Relational leader with a positive attitude
TIME COMMITMENT: • Full-Time Staff § § §
Office Days: Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Sunday Services (8 a.m.-1 p.m.) Must attend weekly Staff Meetings and monthly Staff Chapels
