THE RIVERSTONE INSTITUTE is a theological education and leadership development ministry of Riverstone Church that seeks to fulfill this goal. Through intensive studies on a variety of biblical, theological, and practical topics, the Institute aims to develop and deploy men and women to be gospel-centered, biblically-literate, theologicallyastute, and mission-minded ministry leaders in the church and in the world.

Sunday, February 11 at 11:00 am Come for a relaxed, informal 7-week course as we explore what life’s all about! You don't need to know anything about the Bible. You can ask questions or just listen. We will meet on Sundays at 11:00 am in Room 242 through March 25. Baptism March 11 – Classes: February 18 or 25 Because of the potential misunderstandings that surround baptism, we ask all people who are going to be baptized at Riverstone to attend a class beforehand. If you’d like to be baptized, please sign up on our website or call the church office.

Today, Riverstone Youth will be at Riverstone Church from 6:45 – 8:45 pm. We will watch the first half of the Superbowl and hangout while we play fun games and have yummy schnaacks. Bring a friend! Easter Celebration, March 24 Volunteers needed for prep and the day of, do not need to be KidsSafe. This is an outreach event. Vacation Bible School, July 9 – 13 Volunteer meeting Sunday, March 4 at 12:30 pm in the Woodside Room. Lunch is provided. Anyone interested in helping with VBS should attend. Please contact Janet Miller or Kim Rhoades if interested.

NORTH HOLLAND MISSION TRIP, JULY 17 – 25 On February 11, there will be an informational meeting for the mission trip to Holland. The team leaders will be sharing more details at the meeting in Room 241 at 11:00 am. Applications are available online or pick up a brochure in the foyer.

THE GOSPEL AND RACE RELATIONS Sunday, February 18 at 11:00 am Division, hostility and outright grievous sin still plague 21st century America with respect to race relations. Are there practical ways that we can respond to foster unity, love and reconciliation? Pastor Austin Delgado will lead our next Crosstalk forum to help equip us to live out our calling as agents of reconciliation.
