Imitate God Ephesians 5:1-15

1. Put off sexual immorality by putting on sexual integrity. 5:3,5 a.) Sex is God’s idea. b.) Sex is a God’s gift. c.) Sex is beautiful sacred holy expression of love between a husband and a wife. d.) Sex is a powerful and necessary binding agent. e.) Sex is the God-given means of creating life, of creating children. f.) Sex is beautiful within the covenant of marriage but sex is sin outside the covenant of marriage.

I. WALK IN LOVE. 5:2 A. God’s nature is to love. He loves because of who He is, not what we have or have not done. B. Christ’s love refuses to become bitter but forgives others. Ephesians 4:32

C. Christ’s love is not selfish but sacrifices for others. Ephesians 5:2

D. When we love others as Christ has loved us it is worship God. Ephesians 5:2
