Although he was raised in an Orthodox Hindu family, Daniel became a believer in Jesus and was secretly baptized in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. They are facilitating church-planting in 10 states in northern India and distributing Bibles in 5 languages. Having received an MA and Doctor of Divinity, Daniel and Mercy now serve in seven states of North India, where they plant and pastor churches. Daniel also trains national pastors in evangelism and church planting. In addition, he is a visiting professor at a Bible College in Russia and has travelled to Kenya for speaking engagements. Community development training with women and children is another part of their work. Daniel says that God is doing amazing things and that hundreds of people are coming to faith in Christ, being baptized, and forming new house churches.
