Every good and perfect gift is from God. And that includes the greatest and most perfect gift of all: Jesus! No matter what great gifts you’ve received at Christmas in the past, or what’s to come, nothing is greater than the gift of Jesus!

It may have been tricky to figure out which was greater, but it’s not hard to see that the greatest thing anyone has ever done for us was when Jesus died on the cross for our sins. He gave His life for us! Wow!

Have you ever been speechless? Usually when someone says they’re speechless, it’s because something is so amazing, so incredible, that they don’t know how to describe it. God’s gift of Jesus is like that . . . no matter how much we try, we can’t come up with big enough or beautiful enough words to describe it. But that doesn’t mean we can’t try. Take a couple of minutes before you jump into your busy day (or climb into bed at the end of a long one) to thank God for how great His gift truly is!
