What should I bring?

1. ID – Passport or driver’s licence

2. Offer Letter – Includes your student ID Number
Receive program outlining activites for the week. Receive course information. Unit selection and timetable. Be introduced to the Student Portal and computer labs. Find out about a range of services and facitlites. Purchase textbooks. Obtain your Student ID card. Attend information sessions.
4. Passport and visa details – (visa issue and expiry dates required). You WILL NOT be able to enrol without these details.
What happens if I do not attend Orientation and Enrolment Day? If you do not attend Orientation and Enrolment Day, you may miss out on the units and classes that you wish to take during that trimester. Immigration WILL NOT ALLOW international students to arrive two weeks after classes have commenced. Tram: The number 75 tram from Spencer Street Station or Flinders Street in the city centre stops right outside the campus on Burwood Highway. Car Parking is available at various open-air and undercover areas on the main campus and at the Elgar Road precinct. Car parking tickets/permits are required.
Bus/train Buses connect with a number of suburban train stations. Bus number 767 departs from Box Hill Station on the Lilydale/Belgrave line or Jordanville on the Glen Waverley line. Bus number 732 departs from Box Hill Station or Upper Ferntree Gully, both on the Belgrave line.
